The salesperson, Jeff Shaffer located the new 4 Runner I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way via text. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Ball Toyota did not charge additional fees above MSRP like most dealers are doing currently. Knowing that I can just text Jeff what I am looking for without all of the hassle, I will certainly buy our next car from Ball Toyota.
Found the car the day before we wNt to Charleston to try and purchase a car from another dealer. Called the next morning and the response was almost immediately. This dealership was on our way to the other. We stopped by just to look. Alex our salesman and the rest of the staff was outstanding. The thing I liked most about William was the fact he was not pushy salesman. He explained all the features on the new Highlander and its been awhile since we have purchased a new car. We had excellent help from the service center to the sales staff who took us to look at a "new" used car when we felt that our old vehicle (10 years old and 210094 miles) needed trading in. They gave us the going blue book price both on the trade in and the vehicle we purchased
