We are dedicated to providing the best service for our customer's vehicles here at Ball Toyota of Charleston. Our trained staff from our Service Manager, Burks Hatcher, who has decades of experience, to our trusted Service Advisers and Technicians are here to provide our service customers with a quality visit while we take care of your vehicle from the routine to the unexpected vehicle woes we all have faced. 

We offer a full-service department that covers all your servicing needs. Many of our pre-owned Toyotas we offer for sale are put through a 160-point Toyota Certified inspection which is done by our experienced Toyota-trained staff.

We have two waiting areas, a child's area, hot coffee, a lightning charging station for phones, free wi-fi, and a full vending machine available that is easily accessible. We hope that our amenities make your visit comfortable while waiting on your vehicle to be serviced. 

We offer shuttle service if you need to drop off your vehicle or need picked up once your car is ready!
