Ball Toyota has one of the best Service Departments in WV. We purchased my Rav4 from their sister dealership several months ago and we have it serviced at Ball. They welcomed us with open arms, and treated us as if we had purchased my Rav4 from them. They are always considerate, answer any questions or concerns that we might have, and always try and accommodate my hectic schedule. Their Service Department is outstanding!!! Not only do they have an outstanding Service Department, they also have great Salesmen. My husband was in search for a specific Tacoma. We went to a closer dealership ( 2 miles from home), and didn't receive such good service/attention. We then went to Ball where they sales group worked hard to get us where we needed to be with our trade and payment. Though, we decided on a different vehicle at their sister dealership instead (only because it had a few more bells & whistles than the one they had), they were wonderful to us afterwards. They were happy we found the vehicle we really wanted and was able to get within our price range. Not many dealerships would be that way, but they are! I cannot say enough about the Ball Toyota team, they are an outstanding group! From their Sales team to the Service Department, you will not be disappointed to work with them!
